Our Flood Barrier Systems are the result of over 10 years of research
and development. We have engineered and tested two different Removable Flood Panel Systems.
One System is capable of reaching 4’ high and the other up to 7’ high.

These flood panel systems are designed in accordance with:

• The Florida Building Code, 2004 Edition with 2005 & 2006 revisions, including the High Velocity Hurricane Zone Provisions.
• The American Society of Civil Engineers Standards ASCE 7-02 (minimum design loads for buildings and other structures).
• ASCE 24-05 (Flood resistant design and construction).
• FEMA recommendations on dry flood proofing.

These Flood Barriers Systems are able to span 4 feet horizontally
without bracing. They can also be attached to one another to make a continuous flood barrier wall.
This application will require bracing 4’ O.C.

These barriers are manufactured in our facility in North Miami Beach, FL.
We can supply and install these barriers in the South Florida area and fabricate and ship to any location.
